Series of Italian events added to the calendar offering a total prize money of 35.000€

Further to the launch of the inaugural ITF Beach Tennis World Championship to be held at the historic “Foro Italico” in Rome on 4 – 6 May, the Italian Tennis Federation and the ITF are pleased to announce that further 9 tournaments have been added to the 2009 ITF Beach Tennis Tour calendar. Total prize money on offer is a substantial €35,000!!!

13/14 June Grade 4 : Comacchio (Men’s Doubles)
04/05 July Grade 2 : Lido Adriano €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s D.)
11/12 July Grade 2 : Enna €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s Doubles)
11/12 July Grade 4 : Comacchio (Men’s Doubles)
18/19 July Grade 2 : Rome €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s Doubles)
25/26 July Grade 2 : Agropoli €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s Doubles)
01/02 Aug Grade 2 : Alba Adriatica €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s D.)
08/09 Aug Grade 2 : Ugento €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s Doubles)
03/04 Sept Grade 2 : Cagliari €5,000 (Men’s & Women’s Doubles)
